The kitchen at Roy’s Grille is renowned for its commitment to scratch-made dishes, with Chris personally crafting everything from the BBQ sauces to the spice rubs and even the bacon in-house.

Learning from his mother and grandmother in Olar, South Carolina, Chris remains true to his southern upbringing, continuously innovating while preserving the culinary heritage of his roots.
